Wine Wednesdays at The Ridge is a relaxed weekly wine tasting experience hosted by renowned Noosa sommelier Dale Potts. Each session explores a different winery or wine region through a guided tasting of six premium wines, paired with chef-curated bites from The Ridge kitchen. This week, discover the award-winning wines of Mr Mick from South Australia's Clare Valley in an intimate, entertaining, and educational afternoon perfect for wine lovers of all experience levels.

The Sommelier & The Shokunin is an exclusive monthly dining experience celebrating the artistry of exceptional food and wine. Hosted by renowned sommelier Dale Potts and Chef Motonori Oki, each evening features a bespoke five-course degustation expertly paired with premium wines from a featured winery. With intimate storytelling, impeccable craftsmanship, and a menu created exclusively for one unforgettable night, every event offers a unique culinary journey that will never be repeated.

Trivia Night at The Ridge is your monthly midweek excuse to gather your team, enjoy great food, drink specials, and put your knowledge to the test. Held on the last Wednesday of every month, it's a fun and social evening with team sign-ups from 5:30 PM. Bring your friends, enjoy a delicious dinner, and compete for bragging rights in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Vegetarian options are available upon request.

The Ridge is proud to host its first Brockenchack Wine Dinner on Thursday, 15 October—an intimate evening celebrating exceptional Australian wine, food and local connections.

Brockenchack is a family-owned winery founded by long-time Sunshine Coast locals Trevor and Marilyn Harch. Their estate is located high in South Australia’s beautiful Eden Valley, where sustainability, regenerative farming and careful winemaking are central to the family’s philosophy.

Guests will enjoy a sophisticated four-course degustation menu created by Executive Chef Motonori Oki, with each course thoughtfully paired with selected Brockenchack wines. Winemaker Darren Naylor will guide guests through the wines and share the stories, craftsmanship and family heritage behind each bottle.

Guests are invited to arrive at 6:00 pm to meet the maker and settle in before being seated at 6:30 pm.
